Terms of Service

All services provided by Targeted WAHM Ads are subject to the following terms.  We reserve the right to change our terms of service at any time.  By signing up with Targeted WAHM Ads you agree to these terms.

Forbidden Activities

We do not allow the following: no adult material, no illegal sites (such as warez sites), no abuse of server resources, no exploiting of server software, no hosting of illegal files (such as copyrighted music), no mass-mailing/spamming, no unsolicited commercial advertisements through discussion groups, mailing lists, and the like.

HTML Code

Our HTML code must appear on every page of your website. The only exception to this is if you are using SSL on certain pages. You may choose to leave the banner code off of secure pages. You must also leave the HTML code in tact. You may not remove the Targeted WAHM Ads link from the html. You may change the color of the link to match your website, but it must remain visible. 

Payment Policies

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. targetedwahmads.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.  The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies targetedwahmads.com for a request for termination of services.

Cancellation / No Contracts

targetedwahmads.com does not require contracts.  This means that you may cancel your service at any time.  Any automatic billing will stop after you have made your request to cancel your account.  You may do this online from your PayPal account page or you can contact us to do it for you.  If you have paid for advance service all fees will be pro-rated and paid back to you.  In the event that you are being given a refund for a plan with free months, you should take into account that the free months are the last months of your subscription.  We will stop collecting payments when your subscription stops.  We will not refund payments made by accident.  This means that if you cancel the day after your payment, we won't refund it for you.  However, your ad will remain on the rotation until the end of the month.

Refunds

There will be no refunds given.  The exception to this is the return of pro-rated fees after a cancellation. There are no refunds for any setup fees, license fees, additional purchases, or the like. 

TOS Violations

targetedwahmads.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by targetedwahmads.com when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.  Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer and refunds will not be given in these circumstances.
